By accessing and using Bacco ERP, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our system.

2. Service Description

Bacco ERP is a winery management system offering end-to-end control from vineyard to bottle, including:

• Vineyard and plot management
• Management task control
• Intake of own and third-party grapes
• Winemaking lots and full process flow
• Must temperature and density control
• Laboratory analysis management

3. User Account

To use Bacco ERP, you must:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Data Protection (LGPD)

In accordance with the Brazilian LGPD, Bacco ERP commits to:

• Collect only data necessary to deliver the service
• Use data exclusively for the informed purposes
• Implement technical and administrative security measures
• Not share personal data with third parties without consent
• Respect all data subject rights

5. Data Subject Rights

Under LGPD, you are entitled to:

• Confirm processing of your data
• Access your personal data
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
• Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion
• Request data portability

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the system for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Interfere with or disrupt system operation
• Copy, modify, or distribute the software without authorization
• Reverse engineer the system
• Use the system to harm third parties

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code, logos, and materials of Bacco ERP are protected. You receive only a limited use license; no ownership rights are transferred.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bacco ERP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the system. We recommend maintaining regular backups of your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without prior notice, in case of breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via settings or by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina.
